Creative Alchemist ~ Turning thoughts into Things
Showing up perfectly imperfect - Explore my world
Creative Alchemist | Nail Industry advocate. Voice of Inner Alignment

Welcome, my name is Jerilee and I'm a passionate, heart-led entrepreneur with a deep love for self-expression. I’m the founder of Finger Tips, host of the Aligning Aloud podcast, the force behind the NZ Nail Competition, and the mother to 3 beautiful children. But under all that, I’m just someone who believes in the magic of showing up fully human. This space is my home base: The heart center for everything I create, offer, and stand for. I’m here to uplift voices, challenge norms, and remind you that alignment isn’t just allowed - it’s the very point!
Passion projects...
finger tips
Finger Tips started as a “quick newsletter” one of those simple ideas you think will take an afternoon, until it's suddenly blooming into an entire ecosystem and quickly becoming your new personality trait...
What began as an easy way to summarise the NZ Nail Competition has turned into something much bigger. I realised Finger Tips wasn’t just about nails, it was about us! Our industry, our creativity and our desire to be seen, supported, and taken seriously… while still laughing at ourselves when we accidentally glue our fingers together... just me?

This platform is now a living, breathing hub for nail enthusiasts across New Zealand and Australia. A place where artistry meets real talk, where we celebrate the wins, unpack the challenges, and cheer each other on. I’m building a space that uplifts, educates, and connects, while pushing the industry forward in ways that feel supportive, fun, and genuinely meaningful.

Without you, none of this would mean anything, Finger Tips isn’t a magazine, it's a stage. It’s a creative playground. A spotlight for talent. A home for conversations. And honestly? I’m just getting started.

nailcraft
Nailcraft grew from a simple belief: Mastering the fundamentals is fundamental, after that everything else becomes easier and a whole lot more fun.
My Back to Basics workshops aren’t about “starting over” they’re about strengthening what you already bring to the table and giving your creativity the space to really breathe.

Nailcraft is a space where learning feels relaxed, growth feels natural, and your skills quietly level up while you’re too busy enjoying the process to notice.
Im here to refine your craft, elevate your artistry, and keep the joy front and center of your career, one brushstroke at a time.

Nail Competitions are one of my most favorite parts of our industry. What began as a small gathering of passionate artists has grown into a vibrant celebration of creativity, courage, and community.

Every year, I watch techs step onto that floor, nervous, excited, buzzing, and transform it into something extraordinary. It’s not about perfection; it’s about backing yourself, growing your skills, and realising you’re capable of more than you thought. If you feel that little nudge to challenge yourself or simply be part of something inspiring, follow it. Your next breakthrough might be waiting there. Visit the NZ Nail Competition website to learn more.
behind the scenes
jerilee - Aligning aloud
If you’re enjoying this space, come hang out with me on Instagram, where aligning aloud happens in real time. It’s the behind-the-scenes version of my life where the thoughts, the shifts, the lessons, the laughs, and the “okay-universe-I-see-you” moments are. It’s not polished or posed... it’s the journey as it unfolds. The messy bits, the magic bits, and the quiet realisations in between. If you’re craving conversation, clarity, or just a place that reminds you you’re not wandering this path alone, you’ll fit right in. Come join me Aligning Aloud.

Aligning aloud podcast

And if you want to go even further behind the curtain, my podcast Aligning Aloud is where the real conversations live. It’s my personal expression as I follow my excitement, trust my intuition, and speak out loud the things most of us only whisper to ourselves. I started it without a plan, just a willingness to explore the unknown, question my own limits, and see what unfolds when we stop waiting to feel “ready.”
Every episode is honest, curious, and a little bit daring… the kind of reflections that invite you to look at your own life with new eyes. It’s thought-provoking, it’s real, and it’s very much a journey we get to take together.
Come listen in and find out what’s possible.
